Operations Technician 1: Supports day-to-day winery and production operations through hands-on labor and operational support. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure winery work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
This is not a desk job. The work is physical, repetitive at times, and essential to keeping operations running smoothly—especially during harvest.
$20-$26/hour DOE
